As IIM, Ahmedabad considers academic consistency as one of the important factor for selection of students, it is very difficult to get a call even if you score 99% marks.
Having said, that please apply for other good colleges, which do not give significant weightage to academics to get a call.

It is a very good decision that you are aware what you want to do. But you need to complete your higher secondary education.
After that, you can apply for the SSC CHSL examination which is conducted to recruit candidates for lower division clerks or group C & D posts in govt. departments and ministries.
