Hiii Saket you see in MBA for 1st year you will study Core MBA subjects after completetion of 1st you have to select your specialisation subject till that you will be able to select which field you should choose for specialisation as its like see where in which field you are comfortable, and if you really wnna go for marketing its good option that after experiece of Finance you have knowledge of Marketing also so at the time of Placements also it will help you you will have knowledge of finance as well as marketing also need not to say that marketing is the soul of any business and you will get what you expect.

Please note that the American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
