The cut-off is generally very volatile in nature depending upon the year, students applied, structure of the process, etc. But 90 percentile plus should be the ideal target.

You can do six-sigma course for the operations. KPMG and many other organisations provides it. For fresher, Green belt is sufficient.

According to my point of view, I don't think from government Polytechnic, it will be useful to gain the knowledge of film and video editing.
Film and video editing are completely different spheres of a medium.
If you are eager to learn more about the film and video editing, in the field of film and entertainment, then I'll suggest you to join at some film or media institute.

UP-CPMT (Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test)
PMET (Punjab Pre-Medical Entrance Test)
UPSEE Pharmacy (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination)
