Hi,
There is no one perfect course that is fit for everyone. In order to determine the best course for you, you should pursue the subjects that you like. BA Honors in history, political Science, sociology, geography, psychology, English amongst various others. If you do not like one specific course you can opt for B.A. In Humanities and Social Science or liberal arts. B.A. Programme offers you the choice to study two subjects of your liking. You can also opt for a degree in journalism or social work. It all depends upon your liking and perhaps the subjects that you have studied in class 12th.

The first step toward becoming a PE teacher is completing a teacher education programme focused on a health and fitness-related subject. Some colleges and universities offer a Bachelor of science in education programme with an emphasis on physical education. These 4-year degree programs prepare students to become teachers for all grade levels.
Most schools include a student-teaching experience towards the end of a physical education Bachelor's programme, which allows aspiring teachers to gain first-hand experience instructing students in classrooms under the supervision of licensed instructors.

If you want then go for a Diploma course because after the course, you may go for a job which is better than wasting time in internships as internships would only give you a sense of practical knowledge.
Or if you'd like to earn some practical experience then, after your Diploma course, you can try for internships and then go for job practice.
