The best possible course for you would be Masters in Pharmacy. You can apply to University of Toronto and University of British Columbia as they are the best universities in Canada offering this course. You would be required to take the GRE and IELTS and score atleast 1400 in the GRE and 6.5 band score in the IELTS with a minimum score of 6 in each section. The higher you score, the better is your chance of getting an admission offer.
Some of the good colleges in USA for masters in pharmacy are:
1) University of Texas at Austin
2) University of Minnesota--Twin Cities
3) University of Pittsburgh
4) University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill
5) University of Wisconsin-Madison
The admissions requirements mentioned above are more or less same for the Us universities as well. You have to take the TOEFL in place of the IELTS.

Himachal Pardesh University is a UGC Recognized decent University which has more emphasis on teaching and research related programmes.
As far as choice between MA (Eco) & MBE is concerned it would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations, so if you feel that you are passionate about teaching or research as a field you can opt for MA (Eco) whereas if you feel that you want to pursue your career in Management go for MBE.
