Dear Shruthi, the course is very interesting but mentioned in my previous answer to you, if you have marks and work experience opt for other Universities. Univ of Cumbria was established in 2007 only which is fairly new. STCL course is a good and least cost option to study in the UK.

you can look into theTOEFL scholarship for Indian students. Once you take the TOEFL and score 100+, you would have to submit a scholarship essay and if TOEFL feels your a potential candidate, they would grant you the scholarship. For further details on the scholarship, please visit, http://www.ets.org/Media/Campaign/11616/index.html
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
