Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and ranked universities abroad, you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.
For pursuing education abroad, you need to first of all decide, in which country you wish to study, then you need to decide how are you going to finance your studies.
Finally you need to know which good universities are offering course your interest, and what are their eligibility criteria.

Hi Purav, by pursuing Bachelors in Computer Application (BCA) the candidate is trained in the various areas like basics in programming, networking, various application packages etc.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
** Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent.
** The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%.
** The candidate should have pursued science subjects ( Physics and Chemistry ).
** Most institutes insist candidates should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard.
** Age limit of 17 years.
For Foreign Students :
Valid passport is a must. Also they must possess a student visa. Some of the institutes like Vellore University, IGNOU do intake candidates of foreign origin.

Hi, Marine engineering, a branch of Engineering, is concerned with the dealing of nautical architecture and science.
BE in Marine Engineering / Nautical Science and PG Diploma in Mechanical Engineering are the basic qualifications to become a Marine Engineer.
The minimum educational qualifications for pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical science is plus two or equivalent with high percentage of marks in science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
