Hi, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
The three-step process is:
-Preliminary Exam (Prelims),
-Main Exam (Mains),
-Interview.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.

1. Delhi College of Engineering Combined Entrance Examination (DCE CEE) 2012 will be conducted for students for admission to bachelor engineering courses (BE) in Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology and Delhi College of Engineering.
Sale of Application Form: By March to April, 2012
Last date for receipt of application form by post: By First week of April, 2012
Last date for receipt of form in person: By Mid of April, 2012
Date of CEE: End of the May, 2012
Date of Declaration of Result: 2nd week of June, 2012
Applicants should apply for the DCE CEE 2012 exam by either online or offline methods.
Offline method
· Applicants can purchase the admission form by visiting offices of DCE or NSIT and making payment in cash. Applicants can also obtain the form by post by sending a request letter to DCE along with fees via DD.
Online method
· Applicants can also fill the form online by visiting official website of DCE. After completing all the details, applicants can take a print of the form and send it to the address mentioned in the instructions along with the Fees details.
The Demand Draft/Pay Order should be drawn in favour of the “Registrar, Delhi University” payable at Delhi.

As per my knowledge and search, cut off marks for IBPS depends upon:-
1. No. of students taken the exam
2. No. of students qualified
3. No. of posts
4. Difficulty level of the exam
IBPS Exam is highly competitive. The total marks are 250 and anything above 70% is considered great. This is for General category that I am talking about. You have scored exactly 70% (70% of 250 = 175) and above that you come from OBC, so you would definitely be enjoying relaxation and also get good opportunity in any of the 19 banks.
I would say for now, gear up 100% for the next step: Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
For your knowledge, key factors include humility, patience, objectivity, open-mindedness and an ability to look at things from other people's points of view.It's even about listening attentively to what the other people has to say so as to proactively participate in the discussion. It is always important to remember what your counterpart's last words were, when beginning to rant and rave.
And talking about PI, just be confident and relaxed and be true to whatever you are asked, and certainly with these attributes, you'll be able to crack in one go.
