As per my knowledge and search, cut off marks for IBPS depends upon:-
1. No. of students taken the exam
2. No. of students qualified
3. No. of posts
4. Difficulty level of the exam
IBPS Exam is highly competitive. The total marks are 250 and anything above 70% is considered great. This is for General category that I am talking about. You have scored exactly 70% (70% of 250 = 175), so you would definitely be enjoying relaxation and also get good opportunity in any of the banks.
I would say for now, gear up 100% for the next step: Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

First of all do not loose heart, there are solution to every problem these days.
There is an education body called NCC Education that give credit to your every level of education. So your two years would not go waste rather would be taken as Diploma and Advanced Diploma respectively so you become eligible for 3rd year as per their rules. if you are going to do Btech by distance education then it is not valid in india so dont go for this degree by distance education , according to AICTE no university can provide betch or technical degree by distance mode , if you do this degree by distance mode then you cannot get admisison in master degree in any AICTE approved university so be aware about that good luck

Btech is better option than BBA becasue at present you are thinking for future after 3-4 year , and what will be in your mind after3 year , you can not say so Btech is best option you have many option after btech and after BBA there is very less carrer option so go for Btech , and Btech +MBA is very good combination today
