For the Group Exercise:
Unlike a traditional group discussion, the group exercise will involve a real-time activity/task to be undertaken & performed to the best of your ability. Things tested at this stage will involve your teamwork, clarity of thought, & the actual execution of your proposed solution to a given problem or topic. Exercises can revolve around different brands, products, services etc. that will compel you to apply your general awareness, spontaneity, and eye for detail in equal measure.
For the Personal Interview:
1. Know your CV in and out.
2. Carry all relevant documents as mentioned.
3. Be observant - you never know what you'll actually be asked.
4. Brush up on current GK.
5. Practice guesstimate questions
6. Most importantly, be honest. If you don't know the answer to a question, then don't make things up as you'll be easily seen through.
