Both Multimedia and Animation are related career streams and out of which Multimedia is a broader stream which includes Animation as one of the major sub streams along with others like graphic designing, web designing, video editing etc.

As suggested by Dr. Shivanshu, it is always better to go for a full time programme as it not only gives you better practical exposure but also helps you in getting good job opportunities. As far as the course choice is concerned, you need to keep in mind your own interests and career aspirations while choosing your career stream. BBA would be good in case you want to pursue a career in Management and B.Com could be a good option if you want to get into commerce related fields like accounting, banking and finance etc.
As Shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give personal opinion about any particular University. Although, both the Universities are amongst few of the oldest Uiversities but, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth is a Deemed University whereas IP University is a full fledged University.

Well after the completion of the mentioned course that you are pursuing, you can either take up some job on the basis of your education but as the bachelors tend to hold restricted growth, you can look for masters in this field from a good institute like a M.Sc or a MBA and then look for a better career opportunity.

the entry requirements vary from University to University. All of these require work experience for their MBA courses of at least 3 years managerial and a GMAT of minimum 600. IELTS score of at least 7.0
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS. IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
