Dear Neha, Both the feilds have almost equal scope. First of all, you should decide which field you want to go for or In which field, you feel, you would be more comfortable. Just analyse, Are you comfortable in dealing with people, If you have the ability to convince people then you can go for Marketing, If you are good at understanding people and if you feel that you can counsel people well and solve their problems then you can go for HR. If you are good at accounts and Maths, and analyzing data then you can go for Banking Insurance. Generally this all depends on what kind of personality you have, introvert or extrovert. Extrovert people are outgoing personalities and Marketing is the perfect thing for them. Introvert can go for some work where he has to deal with data or machines rather than human being. I hope, this will help you.

Well what I think a basic graduation or in the field of your interest is very important so to lay a strong education base. However you can always pursue RHCE certification along with your graduate degree course provided you are able to manage time and set timely priorities.
