hi Maroof, it will of course be higher due to the difference in currency rates and may not be possible for an international student to avail one. Reason : how will the bank check on collateral offered if its a property? So it is better if you are planning to take loan take it from your home country. And you will need to repay it only after you complete the course.

The maximum number of attempts in ATKT will vary as per the University's rules and regulation and without knowing the University for which you are inquiring providing any information is difficult.
