Hello Manani ,Hope you are doing well,As you are an ECE student i will suggest telecommunication field is a very good field. if they ask for other course and you have interest on it then do some courses on networking. it is very use full in telecommunication.
don't choose automation industry as you are a ECE student. if you don't like telecommunication then go to the other core electronics company like BHEL, ISRO, DRDO etc. otherwise try to do m.tech in any core subject of ECE. best of luck.
