Only getting in through CAT marks is not possible. CMAT or CET is also required. CAT percentile is very low.getting through only CAT marks is not possible.

For learning the spoken language, you need a constant exposure and you can't learn it in isolation.It can't be learnt by correspondence.

You can apply for the program, and hope for the best. You may get a call and a lot will depend on your GD/PI performance, if you want to convert the call. Students preferring finance give Dalmiya, first preference. You can also apply in SIESCOMS for their PG program, you dont know from where you will get a call.

If you have already done your graduation and your masters, then why are you opting for BE again?
For admissions, you need to qualify the basic eligibility, including the minimum age, which is generally 17 years. However, thie may vary from institute to institute.

Usually people with job opt for weekend batches i.e saturday & sunday 5 hrs each.
Full time students opt for weekday batch - wed to sun (6pm - 8pm)
Apart from coaching you also need to invest min 5 hrs(if you are working) for self study to clear the exam
