As per your score in CMAT it would be very difficult for you to get admission in good B-school.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to take a year break and prepare for next CAT and various other management entrance test and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.

Please remember the minimum CAT percentile required by IIMs vary from one IIM to another.
Overall in order to get call from IIMs you need to have CAT percentile of 95 plus, the CAT cut-off for new IIMs may less as compared to the old IIMs.

I think you need to go through the local newspaper to know about it. But for now I can just say that with these good marks consider some good universities instead of this one. Delay in results and wrong results is a very common thing in this university.
