If you want to pursue a 2-year course, you can apply for an advanced Diploma or post secondary Diploma. You must ideally look for Bachelor's degree programmes with the good academic grades you have. Check for admission requirements on college websites, enquire about co-op options, career assistance they provide and then apply.

Sorry, you cannot pursue MBA from Sinhgad institute or any of the colleges affiliated to Pune University as the minimum percentage required in graduation to pursue Masters or post graduation is 50%. Your score in the entrance exam is also less to apply to any other deemed universities. I suggest you give the class improvement in your graduation and appear in entrance exam once again. Give ATMA as it is accepted by Sinhgad institute and it is much easier than MH-CET. Keep hopes and try hard in your next attempt.

To get admissions for PGDM in any specialisation, you require minimum 50% in your graduation. So, yes, you can get admission for Finance or HR.

You have not mentioned your subjects and interests. I feel that if you are hardworking and interested in a subject then you should go fully for that subject. Ultimately what will happen 4/6 years from today, nobody can predict. Go for the subject that you like.
