As per the eligibility:
A minimum of 60% in class X & XII with a minimum of 70% in PCM for non-sponsored & 65% for sponsored category for B.Tech computer science is required. Also, for other fields, a minimum of 60% in PCM is required.
Accordingly, you are not eligible because as per the eligibility, you don't have 60% in class 10th.

3.5 lakh for freshers in the fashion industry is an average to start with.
One or two from the entire batch can even get a package of 20+ to start with, if they are hired by few large format online retailers. It happened in 2016 NIFT campus placements.
For the others the package can go up to 10 - 15 lakh or even more with 5+ years of work experience. It all depends on how flexible you are and how smart you are in grabbing opportunities.
