If only accent is a problem then better you join some class because there you will get opportunity to interact with other learners you can also get some language software these days many such software are available which helps in learning all skills of language including pronunciation

Hi Vindhyvashi,
I cant give you proper guidance unless I know what you are thinking of doing,
But if you want to further your career, you could increase your domain knowledge you could opt for an M Com.
Else if you would like to continue in Sales/ Marketing you can go for an Executive MBA course that is shorter in duration than fulltime MBA courses.
If you want to get into retail sales there are also Specialised Retail courses ( Check out Retail Association of India).
This is just a broad outline.
