eligibility for GMAT is a full-time regular bachelors degree in any specialisation. since you are planning for correspondance MCom, its not a problem if you have done regular Bachelors degree.

Every university has its own application deadlines, though the application deadline for most of the universities are over or about to get over, however there are few universities which accepts applications till November end for spring Jan 2012 session.

As you are a fresher who has just completed your Bachelors Degree the best option for you would be a regular MBA programme from a decent B-School like IIMs, MDI, and FMS etc. As far as gaining work experience is concerned it is not a compulsion to have work experience before your MBA, however, if you have few of years of experience then it will be an add on to your profile, but I would say even after few of years of work experience you should opt for a full time programme, the reason for this is that part time and correspondence programme has no value for fresher or people with 2-3 years of Work Experience, it will be helpful o

Well you can opt for the same as mentioned above but then if you planning to take both CS and LLB together, all I would suggest you is to observe and understand your priorities as both the courses require proper time management and significance.
For CS, you will require to register yourself under ICSI which is the governing body for the CS professionals in the country and as for LL.B is concerned, there are several institutes offering this course on the basis of qualifying an entrance exam.
