Hi Pawan, after a BE you can go for a Graduate Diploma, PG Diploma or a Masters in mechanical, or fields related to it.
For the same you can consider University of CAnterbury and Unviersity of Auckland.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

If you get admission in MCA after B.COM than go for it though you verify it from AICTE/UGC/DEC sites that because generally for MCA, Maths/Sc background is required.M.SC-IT is also fine you can go for that also.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, whic
