It is always advised that one should opt for M.Tech or for that matter any kind of other technical courses through regular mode as the same carries better quality and future prospects of the same.

And you cannot get any job oppurtunities in USA, as after 9/11 USA doesnt allow Expat Pilots.
So overall, its better to join a DGCA approved flight school in India!

As per your education background, M.Tech is better career option provided you are keen to develop a career in the similar field but then it is advised to opt for the regular course because the quality shall differ and also there aren't many institutes offering M.tech through distance/ correspondence, yet you may refer to the following link for the available options:
