Yes you may surely pursue MBA in tourism after completing your BMS, however please remember if you wish to build your career specifically in the field of tourism and related sector only in that case pursuing MBA in tourism and related course would be the best option for you.
However I would suggest you to opt for general MBA program by this you may career prospects in various sectors including tourism and related sectors.
Please remember travel and tourism sector are among the booming sectors, it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities not only in India but across the globe.
Career opportunities exist both in India as well as abroad,in the public sector, there are opportunities in the Directorates and Departments of Tourism of the centre and the state as Officers, information assistants, Tourist guides etc.
Another good prospectus for qualified tourism professionals are in the private sector with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport and cargo companies etc.
After completing MBA in tourism you may have career prospects in:

A course for compering is conducted by Xavier Institute of Communications in Mumbai and is called ABCD which stands for Announcing, Broadcasting, Compering and Dubbing.
For All India Radio and Doordarshan selection is made on the basis of a written test. Voice test, screen test and interview for All India Radio and for TV are also taken. The test may involve writing announcements, presentation of scripts for special programs, audiences, etc.
