It depends on the course / branch you would like to select.
For core branch in old iits: may be you may get Dual degree couses in iit guwahati/rorkee.
For non-core branch in old iits : There is more probability of get a seat than as I said for core branch in old iits
For any branch in new iits : You can get almost what you want.

The entrance exam for each of the course will consist of a single paper which needs to be completed within 2 hours time duration. The single question paper for each course entrance test includes two types of questions – Objective type and Subjective type.
Following are the main topic areas to be covered the written exam –

General Knowledge and Current Affairs

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue M.etch, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience
