Your graduation degree ie BCA should NOT impact taking decision on whether to do MCA or MBA. But is should depends on your interest level.
After passing out MCA you will be working at a technical end of software industry. Which might be developing new software's, or maintaining networks,hardware or servers.
After passing out MBA, you might be in consulting domain, or in finance domain or in marketing domain. I will suggest not to opt for any specialization in mgmt. before joining MBA. Because based on your interest, you can opt for finance,marketing, HR, systems etc.
Just remember, what ever you do, target best institutions for that.
