Neethu, every job requires some kind of management skills to be put in practice. If you are not MBA, but B.tech you can get technical jobs which also would require some of your management skills. When one completes MBA then he/she is assumed to have already learnt the theoretical part of the managerial skills and then he/she is perceived as a person who can quickly adapt to the situation and start managing things nicelyl on the basis of the management knowledge. If one is NOT MBA then also one can develop managerial skills at work and prove to the management representative of the organization that you can be a part of it. So do not worry if you not a qualified MBA. If you have the flair for it and if you can develop skills fast then you can succeed even with just being B.Tech.
