There is M.Tech as well as B.Tech programs but both have separate entry exams. So you will need to pass those to get into M.Tech after completing your B.Tech. If you post a bit more info like the state from where you want to apply from, I can give you the details of these entry exams.

We cant compare these courses, because Pharma. D is a doctorate course with 6 years as duration and the average cost would be ranging from Rs.13 Lacs to 20 Lacs for whole course. Candidates would become Equivalent/Similar to an MBBS Doctor in terms of value in a hospital ( A Pharma. D Doctor would be in charge of giving proper prescriptions and dosage of medicines to patients in a hospital), Salary Ranging from Rs.35k to 50k for a 1 year experienced candidate and it would go upto Rs.10 Lacs a month after few years of experience.
