Both the the specializations give you equal number of opportunities more or less. Moreover scope can also be determined by your potential in the field and the university you are studying in. My personal suggestion would go with accounting specialization in B.Com. Also choose a good college as it will ad to your holistic development. Some suggestions -

Your score is not valid enough to get admission into NIT or IIT, however you may get government colleges in Maharashtra. But you should apply for some best private universities having their forms open. Private universities also provide best infrastructure and equally good education with government universities. The brand name is not all when you select a college. Amity Kolkata is very new. So, I won't strongly recommend this college in 2018.
