No, I am afraid you can't. IIMs have a cut off of 60% in graduation. However if you secure a rank of under 100 in CAT, you will receive a few calls from IIMs.

Your score is not sufficient enough to get admission into IIT but you still have many options to go with. You may get a seat based on your category rank. You should also apply for some best private universities having their forms open. Private universities also provide best infrastructure and equally good education with government universities.
