Hey Manobrata,
What I can suggest you is that if you can't crack IIT, or any other competitive examinations than go for some best private universities. Also check if the university emphasizes more on practical knowledge than theoretical concepts. You will find it helpful to learn that way. Also check for the placement record of the university you select. Otherwise you can go for certificate courses also. Some college suggestions -
