Candidates have to follow the dress code while appearing in NEET exam, the dress code rules are given below:
Candidates have to wear light half sleeves clothes not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower, etc., with Salwar/Trouser. Candidates have to wear slippers not shoes.

I don't know about every college which offers BMM, but I can say that St. Xavier's College, Kolkata is a good college for BMM. Studying BMM here is really worthy. Now, it also offers M.Sc in multimedia.
