B.Tech ECE after B.Sc Physics will consume a lot of your academic curriculum duration and you will still be called as a graduate and not postgraduate, I think MBA/ PGDM will be better for you unless you are too passionate about pursuing B.Tech ECE. If you go for B.Tech ECE then definitely opt for M.Tech otherwise if you opt for MBA after B.Tech ECE then you should opt for MBA now.

Hi,
Yes, you can get. The desired course is available at College of Engineering, Pune (A constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth University). The admission in BTech Computer engineering are based on Common entrance test known as ET-DIP-2019. Students those are seeking the admission in BTech(CE) have to appear in ET-DIP test and the admission will be based on scores obtained in the entrance test.
Further the eligibility criteria for ET-DIP is as under :- A student must have obtained minimum 45% marks at diploma engineering level. Or have completed his BSc with 45% marks.

Hi Vinayak,
If you want to join MBA you should have any graduation degree with 50% marks. Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST Candidates) or equivalent CGPA in a three-year Bachelors degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised University. Students appearing in the final examination of Bachelor's degree can also apply. If you haven't completed your graduation degree, you can pursue same from Jk Lakshmipat University. If you are a Diploma holder, you can take admission in a lateral entry graduation programme. Once you complete your graduation degree you can take admission in MBA with any specialisation:
