As you have scored 39.5 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and you belongs to ST category. Therefore, you should participate in the counselling process and go till the last round of the counselling. You might get a seat in BIT Sindri in civil engineering. At the same time, apply for some other good private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as per your interests and convenience to be in the safer side.

To get admission in B.Tech - Pantnagar University you need to get JEE Main AIR under 80000. Also a good score in 12th is edge over others. You can prepare well and sit for next years JEE Main. Best of Luck!
