The package varies depending upon a number of factors like college you have studied from, your own capabilities and performance, work experience etc. For example in IIMs, the lowest package is around INR. 10-11 Lacs, whereas in an average college that might be the highest package offered.

As you have qualified to write JEE Advanced you can give it a try. It is not that only if you have a good coaching you should apply. You can self prepare and most importantly, if you are strong in basics, you can perform better. If you don't get a seat at IITs, then it is not an issue as you have got some good experience. And what if you clear the exam and get into an ITT? Be confident and give it a shot.
