With a rank like 47,713, you might be able to grab some niche or newer specializations in the last rounds, but nothing in the top core branches.
What now?
Keep an eye on spot rounds or consider other colleges through CSAB, state-level counselling, or private universities.

1. Government MBBS Colleges (AIQ & State Quota)
With a rank of 50,000 in the All India Quota (AIQ), getting a seat in the top government medical colleges is close to impossible, especially for General category applicants. In most states, a state government MBBS closing rank through AIQ is typically at least 20,000-30,000 or lower for General category applicants. Possibly, if you are from a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), some of the far-flung colleges may stretch further, but a rank of 50,000 for a normal government MBBS seat is unlikely even then.
State quota seats (85%) tend to cutoff a little higher than AIQ, however, for Gen

It's actually solid.
It's got an NAAC A+ grade and has been around for a while.
Placements are decent; 93% placed, with a few big wins (?42 LPA the highest, avg around ?6 LPA for CSE).
Good infra, decent crowd, strong industry links.
Verdict: If you're not getting into IIT/NIT/DTU etc., MMU Mullana is a respectable backup for CSE.
