To get CSE in SRMJEEE 2025 Phase 1 at SRM Kattankulathur, your rank ought to be around 8,000 to 9,000.

If your rank is higher than this, you may no longer get CSE inside the major campus. However, you can try for other branches or SRM campuses.

On a forecasted cutoff of 140, which is a crucial portion of the TNEA counselling at Tamil Nadu, there are some B.E./B.Tech Robotics Engineering/Robotics and Automation or Mechatronics colleges in Coimbatore. Namely, PSG College of Technology and Amrita School of Engineering are well-renowned, and usually there are admissions through TNEA and AEEE/JEE Main respectively. Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS) by KEE, Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET), and Dhaanish Ahmed Institute of Technology are the other available options most of which are also admitted by TNEA.

A 72% in SSC (10th boards) is solid enough for junior college admissions (FYJC) in Mumbai, especially in commerce or arts streams. Some colleges you could look at:

  • K.G. Joshi & N.G. Bedekar College (Thane) – Past cut-off: 72%

  • N.G. Acharya & D.K. Marathe College (Chembur) – Around 65%

  • Model College (Kalyan East) – Around 64.8%

  • St. Xavier's Jr. College (Bhandup) – 64.8%

  • Shetkari Shikshan Jr. College (Ghansoli) – 64.8%

  • Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College (Malad) – 64.8%

You could also try bigger names like Somaiya, Mithibai, Jai Hind, Bhavan's, or KC College, depending on your preferred stream and the cut-off that year.

At EWS category rank of 380,000 in JEE Main, Admission in IIIT Bhopal is extremely less probable. The cut off rank of EWS category at IIIT Bhopal in the B.Tech level is normally very low, normally between 4,000 to 6,500. Although your branch is not a very competitive one, your ranking is much higher than your past cutoffs. You can think about other universities or see what counselling solutions are at the state-level.

If you're looking at SRM KTR's management quota for B.Tech (especially CSE), be ready to shell out around ?4 Lacs per year. So that's about ?16+ Lacs for 4 years, not including hostel or other charges. Fees can change based on the demand for the branch and your negotiation, so it's best to call their admissions office directly.

Tough one. SRM KTR (Chennai) usually closes CSE around rank 2,000, and for CS-related branches, maybe a bit higher. But with rank 24,000, getting core CSE or even CS-related specializations at KTR is very unlikely. You'll have better chances at other SRM campuses like NCR, Ramapuram, or Vadapalani for CS or IT branches.
