Short answer: No, not realistically.
Here's why:
You need to clear NEET for BUMS, no exceptions.
Just having 136 marks in PCB in 12th isn't enough. You typically need 50% in 12th (PCB) for general category and a NEET score of at least 144+ (even that's just the qualifying mark, not the admission cutoff).
For actual college admission (even private), NEET scores around 300+ are the real game.
What to do?
If you're serious about BUMS, take a gap year and prep for NEET again. It's the only legit way in.
