Riddhi, you have good scores and it looks like that you are good in scoring well. Work ex really not important in Indian MBA programs while worldwide it is the most important factor. Now the question is many score 100% in CAT but get rejected in GD and PI. How good you are in those ? If you are good in those areas then cracking into IIM is not difficult. Moreover, now there are many more IIMs in every nook and corners in the country. Do you feel that IIM will build your career or it is you who will build your career ? Not all IIM pass outs are employed or successful in their career and those who are very very successful are not all from IIMs. Why you have to get into IIMs and why can't you look at many better options within or outside the country ?
