You may try your luck. There are chances but no body can commit you for seat. Attend all the counselings. There are other good places you can look into for admission in BBA as in IP university, Delhi, Delhi University, Lovely Professional University.

It is very tough to get 300 marks even with proper coaching. JEE is not an easy exam, its a national level exam conducted by IIT and level of exam is hard. It is recommended that you go for proper coaching by clearing concepts thoroughly.
Also dropping an year is not a good idea. rather that dropping an year you take admission in some good university like in BITS, Lovely Professional University, vit etc, these have there own entrance exam as well.
