I think the minimum requirement is clat 12,500. Best for you would be to log in to their site and check their academic details and then log in to some more college sites like JECRC, LPU, MAULANA etc and check their schemes so that you have a better idea of benefits.

You can get a heavy scholarship based on 12th marks but your rank does not support you. Check some good colleges with wide platform, good exposure, faculty, research and other academic facilities. Log in to some colleges like SRM, LPU, RAI. Try to get the best and for that you will have to check everywhere to be placed nicely

You can get admission in a degree less than btech , that is diploma.Then by the last date of admission you show your clear result and you will be transferred to btech again. Check this from some good sites like visvesveraya, lovely univ, galgotia etc

Do track in Nitra Technical Campus and ABES Engineering College. Side by side also keep for admission in other top northern universities like in Lovely Professional University, PEC, Thapar so that in case you wouldnt able to get into any college through UPSEE, you should have good alternatives too.

There are very limited top B-Schools in Jharkhand.
Top business schools in jharkhand are:
1.XLRI – Xavier School of Management
2.The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi
3.Birla Institute of Technology
Along with this there are many top B-Schools in India:
1. NMIMS - Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies
2. IRMA – Institute of Rural Management Anand
3. LPU - Lovely professional university
Admission in MBA is based upon CAT score but there are few universities which have there own test like Lovely university and that also provides good scholarship too. For more information check their websites.

If you wish to start your career quickly then a one year year program will do.
But if you wish to have a great a greater and broader knowledge of the subject and industry then mba will be the choice.
So moreover it doesn't makes a difference in short run. But yes for long run it will make a difference.

This year average package was 3.5 to 4.
Highest package for marketing was around 7.
Mostly all the companies come to campus for summer placments and also For final placements but after all its depend upon the students how they crack the interview. so college try to get as much as company for students
