if you want to do best mba programme in the world write GMAT/ TOEFL and choose one of the best universities in US or UK etc.

You also have a option if your finantial condition is not very good :-
You can do polytechnic in CS from good govt. college plus bca from distance learning symultaneously.
After then you can do Job along with part time b.tech or MCA distance learning.
