Well there are few things you need to consider
Batch size : you will have very few people in HR batch , so it has both pros n cons . but I thought it's more usefulFaculty : faculty is good , you have option to choose your faculty , not much of issue.Placements : well you raised this question , the placement scenario is good for HR as you will have companies 24 times the no. Good luck

You also have chances of getting in VJTI (IT) & COEP (IT). So if you want a college in Mumbai your option form Should start like, VJTI CSE
VJTI IT
SPIT CSE
SPIT IT
DJ Sanghvi CSE
DJ Sanghvi IT.
If you want to even include out of Mumbai colleges your option form should be:

COEP IT
SPIT CSE
SPIT IT
DJ Sanghvi CSE
