In order to improve your English reading skills you may do the following things:
- Make a habit of reading regularly. Read as many English books, newspapers and magazines as you can get your hands on.
- While reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.
- Try reading things more than once. Read something and then read it again a few days later, you will find your understanding has improved.
- Try to discuss a book you have read with other people.

With such achievements its better to start fresh instead of changing college . even though u don't want to waste a year more contact to some low level private clg .they all have direct admissions in 2nd yr 3rd sem . they ask why .its better to go with medical reasons. so prepare some fake medical excuses .
