After B.E. in Electronics, you have two options :
- You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
- You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with the technical course (M.Tech) or management course (MBA).

You may even go for :
- Core field
- Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.
So, in a nutshell, it's your decision to choose the course. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.

As for jobs, you may find employment in :
-Central Government
-State Governments
-Public enterprises
-Private organizations : All India Radio, Indian Telephone Industries, MTNL etc
-Post and Telegraph Department
-National Physical Laboratory
-Defense
-Teaching
-Research
Scope and salary depends on you, if you have interest in the field then you may get promoted and enjoy the benefits of getting promoted with increased salary.

Since you are an Electronics graduate, you can go for SAP Training that develops skills and experience in the practical management and application of technology. It is for everyone - from everyday users to senior management.
SAP BASIS or SAP ABAP are two options. However, the latter is preferable since it offers more dignified opportunities.
