Dear Jagmohan,
I can totally understand your dilemma in this case as I have been through the same.
Now, you need understand that there are two important things to consider while seeking admission.
(i) A branch of your choice but from a not so good institute = Not much value.
(ii) A not so demanding engineering branch from a good institute= Not much value either.
In your case, all three institutes are good and it will be difficult to say. However, to help you with your decision, I will try to help you with some key points about the institutes which can help you make the decision.

Human acts can be classified into non-culpable and culpable (punishable under the law). Culpable acts are further classified into individual threats and threats to the society. Threats to the society are classified as CRIMES, and come under the Indian Penal Code. Out of these, offences against the society posing threat to human life, and individual offences against the human body deserve death penalty. If it is proved that the culprit had the intention to cause death to someone or a group of people (not out of self-defence, and not under a grave and sudden provocation), then the culprit is given a death sentence, under sec. 302 IPC.
