Graduates in the age group of 19-25 years for training. International Airlines recruit airhostesses in the age group of 18-35 years

Well-groomed & maintained physique

As u asked about more scope in two different field; being an MBA Graduate i would like to say that B Com graduate's prefer mostly MBA Finance rather other options in MBA and it is good for them because their basic is clear with 5 years of graduation Finance knowledge and MBA Finance is wide advanced for Non Commerce background. I don't understand how some of B Tech's choose to do MBA Finance as their future industrial career because it is not so easy to cope up with advance Finance in MBA even after 2 years.
More over i would like to say that scope does not matter here, it is on u how u perform well as an employment in any of the above two field.
But I would like to add that MBA Marketing jobs is far more enjoyable, get to travel on Business Trip of industries and also gain high incentive's on Business done.
Last but not the least Marketing is Business on-feeld jobs and Finance is more office job.

Hemant, in case you've been good in programming then move on to MCA. If you've not been good then take a relook at your career and move to something else like design for instance. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously).
