MA is a normal MA, as the syllabus is normal and you can find Guide and books easily for almost every subject.
MA (hons) it tougher then normal MA, as it have different syllabus and guides and books are not available for complete subject, even some book carry only 1 chapter in a book. so it become harder for student to complete course in given time. it is like researching on a subject.
But as in India when we talk about job, we like to recruit that person who had spend more time in study then other. so MA (Hons) get more preference in job then simple MA guy.

If you want a stable job and fast career growth then you can go with bank PO exam.
Read the detail about the bank exam here: https://scoop.eduncle.com/ibps-po-preparation-books
And if you are patience enough then go for M.Sc. I would suggest you to give IIT jam exam in mathematical science, by this you get the admission in IITs. Many of the candidates have a dream to study in IITs so you have a great chance for the same.

If you are looking for a university with a strong national reputation and flexible study options Delhi University (DU SOL) is the best choice. If you prefer affordability and  recognition IGNOU is ideal. For industry-ready curriculum and placement assistance, NMIMS Global Access School and Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning are excellent options. Each university is good but it all depends on your course of choice.
