Yes, part-time jobs alongside studies can be done. Jobs may include office assistant jobs, on-campus university jobs as administration assistant/office helper, hospitality jobs, researchers, day care, baby sitting, customer service executive jobs etc. The most type of job, however, is table keeping at food joints.

Yes, education is almost free particularly undergraduate education. MS programs are also very affordable and sometimes free depending on the university.
