1) B.Tech is 4 years. MCA+BCA will be 5 or 6 years depending on lateral entry.
2) You will find MCA as better because the syllabus will be moderate. Whereas B.Tech will be hectic.
3) Finally, you can do M.Tech in CS after MCA and also after B.Tech.
So, think about all these points taken and then decide.

I would suggest you can go for acting and pursue it since you can go for M.Sc in mass media and communication for proper level of skills to be adopted in that respective field to engage yourself in acting.
