Sry to say P.hd in distance is not valid , you have to do regular and for p.hd masters in management with minimum 55% is required.

MIT & VIT can't distinguish between them .

Dear Mustafa, After Diploma IT ,BE is not compulsory,
You can Go for BCA or BSc-CS/IT program and that too directly II year.
After BCA/BSc you can progress to MSc-CS/IT or MCA
